IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Everyone must register for Asilomar lodging rooms through the IBBA using the form below. Registrants should only contact Asilomar direct in order to reserve additional days beside the convention days, if they wish to stay longer.

PLEASE REGISTER as soon as possible for the convention. In order to be able to meet the requirements of the Asilomar contract and be able to hold the convention there, it is urgent that attendees register as soon as possible. Also, the most economical rooms at Asilomar may reserve out quickly! So, be sure and register asap!!

Registrants must realize that if they do not stay at Asilomar, they will pay a grounds fee to attend the convention, plus they will have to pay for their meals, and cannot be guaranteed to be seated with the rest of the people at the convention during meal time.

Registration Fees:

All meals are included.

Any additional (optional) events may require an additional payment. Details will be announced as soon as they are finalised.

Payment is required in U.S. Dollars. Payment may be by check or credit card. Please see the Registration Form for details.
