Butterflies 101 E-mail Discussion List
Butterflies 101 is an open e-mail discussion list sponsored by the IBBA. Butterflies 101 replaces the former Butterfly Family List and, like its predecessor, is open to all butterfly enthusiasts. You do not have to be an IBBA member to join. Subscribers must agree to abide by the IBBA mailing Lists Policy. Failure to abide by the rules may result in removal from the list. As owners of this mailing list, the IBBA reserves the right to limit it's use. Violation of list policies will be cause for immediate removal Click HERE to read the IBBA Mailing Lists Policy. Our lists are sometimes moderated (i.e., messages are intercepted and pre-approved before transmission) for breaches of the list rules.
The link below will take you to the subscription page on the list server website. When you have submitted your request to join you will receive an automated e-mail from the list asking you to confirm that the subscription request is genuine. This message will have a link that you should click on to complete the subscription process. You will then receive a second message explaining how to post to the list and how to access your personal list options.

To post a message to the list, send it to butterflies101@listserve.com. The list server will only accept messages from, and send messages to, your subscribed address. List messages have a maximum allowed size of 64 KB. This is enough for text and perhaps a couple of small photos. If your message exceeds 64 KB, it will not be accepted and you will receive a message informing you of this. To help keep message sizes down, and to make messages easier to read, please delete old footers and other unwanted text when replying to list messages.
To change your subscription details, password or list delivery options, go to http://mailman.listserve.com/listmanager/listinfo/butterflies101 and enter your list subscription e-mail address in the [Unsubscribe or edit options] box. On the following page, enter your password.
If you forget your password, you can request a reminder. To do this, go to http://mailman.listserve.com/listmanager/listinfo/butterflies101 and enter your list subscription e-mail address in the [Unsubscribe or edit options] box. On the following page, click the [Remind] button.
To unsubscribe, go to http://mailman.listserve.com/listmanager/listinfo/butterflies101 and enter your list subscription e-mail address in the [Unsubscribe or edit options] box. On the following page, click the [Unsubscribe] button. A confirmation message will be emailed to you. This message will have a link that you should click on to complete the removal process (you can also confirm by email; see the instructions in the confirmation message).
